What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order with Salt and Stream. However, if you order over $75 in gear, we will waive the shipping charges. 

Can I customize my bamboo shirts/hoodies order with purchase?

Yes. There are minimums to be able to create your own unique hoodie or T-Shirt with your logo, but we can customize an order for you to review and purchase. Please inquire at john@saltandstreamusa.com. 

How fast is shipping?

We prioritize customer experience at Salt and Stream. Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 1 week of your purchase. 

What is the return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns on all purchases. If there is a faulty product, we are happy to replace and ship a new piece ASAP.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit card networks. As well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.
